1/ Book a van for a date over the phone and pay a £10   deposit by debit or credit card. Any driving bans or convictions   must be declared before making booking to avoid disapointment. 2/ When you arrive to pick up the van, give yourself 15   minutes to do the paper work. 3/ You will need both parts of your license ( plastic &   paper) and also two utilities bill with proof of address   which should be the same as your driving license.   A mobile phone bill will not be accepted. 4/ Payment will only be accepted by Debit or Credit   card ( insurance stipulation). No cash can be taken. 5/ Motoring convictions within the last 5 years may alter the price of your hire. 6/ Drivers must hold a UK licence for at least 2 years.
